Anyone can join! All you have do is commit to donating $100 per meeting ($400 per year). Our brief quarterly meetings are fun and informative!
Each individual will be allowed one vote per $100. Couples may donate $100 per couple which will grant one vote, or $200 which will grant two votes.
By completing a commitment form, you are making an honor commitment, not a legal commitment. The commitment form simply helps keep track of donations that can be expected and helps you honor your commitment to help your community.
Donations will be given to charities / non-profit organizations serving West Michigan.
Checks will be written directly to the chosen organization.
A tax receipt will be issued by the charity to all donors.
By ballot, the group will vote and majority rules.
If you are unable to attend a meeting please mail your check and fill out the Proxy Vote Form found below (available 2 weeks before each meeting). Or you may give your check and vote to another member who is attending the meeting.
